Doggy House daycare services are fully supervised in our care by at least two Doggy House staff at all times and never left alone.

• We supply live-camera access to view your dog playing from your phones as well! 

Full Days include up to 12-hours of daycare; and

Half Days include up to 6-hours of daycare.

Each dog is signed into our system by our team upon dropoff dropped off, which automatically tracks package usage. Packages do not expire, and are used as desired at any date during regular operating hours.

• We will alert in-person or via email when the package is nearing full usage. Feel free to ask our team to confirm about the package usage at any time.
• Dogs on a Half Day package, that stay above the 6-hours, will automatically use an additional half day from their package.

Our climate controlled facility is over 3000 sq/ft of fully open-concept space, which includes 24/7 access to our 1600 sq/ft fenced-in backyard with artificial grass at any time your dog desires.

Our outside door remains open during the day, which allows the dogs to play inside and outside as well as to use the bathroom when they feel.

Once your dog has passed a meet-and-greet assessment, they can be brought to daycare during  regular operating hours without prebooking ahead of time.

We're here to be convenient for your schedule, and do not require booking ahead of time for daycare.

Our daycare services are fully open for walk-ins Monday to Friday between 7 AM - 7 PM. Pickups and dropoffs can be made at any time during these hours as we are here to accommodate your schedule. Prebooking appointments is not necessary.

• Curbside pickup/dropoffs can be made from our parking lot upon calling our reception at 647-812-6090 and a Doggy House team member will come directly outside to collect/bring your dog.

Emergency cases only: Pickups after 7 PM accrue a late-pickup fee at $30/hr to a maximum of two hours, afterwhich if the listed owner(s) and emergency contact cannot be reached, the dog will be privately boarded with a Doggy House team member.

As a safety concern, to attend daycare services all dog's over 8 months are required to be spayed/neutered, and must have the following up-to-date vaccines (proof of vaccinations required during registration);

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
• Rabies
• Distemper

Recommended: Frequent heart-worm and flea prevention programs

Doggy House feedings are done privately in our kitchen area, for each dog to eat separately. We ask that owners supply their pets regular food (container/bag) with the pets name labelled, along with any special instructions.

• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM; and
• Additional feeding times for puppies during the day

We accommodate each pet as requested, our team ensures your dog is as comfortable as possible.

Our facility has over 10+ water bowls that remain filled and cleaned throughout the day for proper hygene, there is full access to water bowls in both our indoor and outdoor areas.

All dogs require up-to-date vaccines to attend, which reduces possibility of any illness.

Pet belongings and leashes are returned upon pickup. We organize all leashes in a hook system with their name labeled.

Ensure any belongings are clearly labelled as best as possiblein a proper bag to avoid any confusion, we organize belongings in our staff room and return them at the end of the day.

We assess each dog in our meet-and-greets before allowing them to join Doggy House which ensures they are safe, and social. 

• Doggy House does not accept aggressive dogs, and we ensure this through our meet-and-greet assessments.
• This allows dogs of all sizes to play and socialize together in our facility, we have private rooms available for dogs to rest and have alone time if needed.

Shuttle pickup and dropoff services are made by appointment only via email including address, with a 24-hour notice. (Unit #, street, city)

Single pickup or dropoff (up to 5km) - $10 (including HST)

Additional kilometers - $3 (including HST)

We ask that any pet belongings and/or food be prepared as well as labelled in a bag or container beforehand with any special instructions, and supply with an access code/labelled key (if necessary). 

• Keys are stored in a lockbox within our facility, and returned after use.
