Your dog will attend our daycare during the day to exercise and socialize with other dogs under the supervision of our team members, in the evenings your dog will be privately boarded at home with a Doggy House team member! 

Dogs are always supervised in our care and never left alone. 

Wellness updates with photos will be sent directly to you via email. We also supply access to our daycare cameras to view from your phone!

We require a minimum of 7-day booking notice before the requested dates and a 50% deposit to reserve your dog's boarding spot.

• Boarding spot are not guaranteed for requests within a 7-day booking notice.

To ensure your dog feels as comfortable as possible, we ask that owner's supply: 

1. Dog's regular food (with any special feeding instructions)*only bring enough food for his/her stay please
2. Dog's leash and a well fitting collar (something they can't slip out of)
3. Any medication required, in the appropriate amount (with detailed instructions)

Optional items:

1. Dog bowl (Optional, our team has plenty of bowls)
2. Dog bedding (Optional, our team has comfortable dog bedding)

Ensure any belongings are clearly labelled as best as possible in a proper bag to avoid any confusion, we organize belongings in our staff room and return them at the end of their stay.

Boarding timings for both dropoffs and pickups are set between 9AM - 3PM.

• We ask to be updated ahead of time to any changes in schedule timings.

Emergency cases only: Pickups made after 3PM may be subject to a $30 late pickup fee, and/or remain in boarding for an additional night

Boarding rates include a $10.00 add-on per stay on public holidays.

As a safety concern, to attend boarding services all dog's over 8 months are required to be spayed/neutered, and must have the following up-to-date vaccines (proof of vaccinations required during registration);

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
• Rabies
• Distemper

Recommended: Frequent heart-worm and flea prevention programs

Doggy House feedings are done privately to allow each dog to eat comfortably. We ask that owners supply their pets regular food (container/bag) with the pets name labelled, along with any special instructions.

• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Dinner)

We accommodate each pet as requested, our team ensures your dog is as comfortable as possible.

Our team has boarded many dogs that require medications in forms of pills, topical creams, injections.

Note: Ensure the proper amount of medication for your dog is supplied upon drop-off, along with detailed instructions.

Cancellations must be given 48-hours before the scheduled boarding dates for full refund without any applicable fees.

Cancellations within a 48-hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee of $30 (including HST), exceptions can be made in unforeseen circumstances.

Shuttle pickup and dropoff services are made by appointment only, with a 24-hour notice. 

Single pickup or dropoff (up to 5km) - $10 (including HST)

Additional kilometers - $3 (including HST)

We ask that any pet belongings and/or food be prepared as well as labelled in a bag or container beforehand with any special instructions, and supply with an access code/labelled key (if necessary). 

• Keys are stored in a lockbox within our facility, and returned after use.
